The crew member was knowledgeable and let me know the issues that my car had . The only thing I didn't agree with is they said my car was leaking transmission fluid and there was no way to add because my transmission is sealed but it's not , there is a dipstick to check level and to add fluid . Other than everything else went good .

I didn’t wait very long at all and Alex , Javier, shea, and Jonathan all communicating to each other as all levels were checked and topped off, and my oil was changed as well as replacing my windshield wipers ect. I was so impressed with how fast and efficient this team was. I was in and out of there and enjoying the rest of my day off in no time.

Let me know that animals were in the engine and home remedies to prevent damage. extremely friendly staff- offered water while I waited. Had online promotions so I got 20% off my additional services. Oh yeah they topped off my window shield fluid too; which I really needed. The cottonwood team is the best!
