- WSWilliam SadlerDec 9, 20251.0Wife and I made arrangements to drive up 4 days in advance on a Saturday (Dec. 6th). Went to look at 2023 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury Platinum 4WD with 26,881 mi and asking price of $72,061. We pulled in the 'Luxury' Escalade was parked in front, covered in rock salt and dirt like it was driven back from Flagstaff in the snow. Super dirty so could not assess any body or paint damage. MIleage was really at 27,300. Opened the back left door and there was a child car seat strapped in with kick marks all over the back of the driver seat. SERIOUSLY!! Also, Big Red gum wrappers and empty plastic bags in door console. Back bench was down and there were multiple, dark long hair strands on the carpet. COVID fingerprints all over video screen dash console. This place was not busy. Rich the FInance Director was eating Jack-in-The-Box and Alex the sales guy were only 2 there on a Saturday (Big Day for Car Sales). Alex didn't know anything about the truck , did no homework nor tried to get it clean. Wife and I test drove for 15 minutes and came back to dealership. Alex runs upstairs and comes down with a price from Rish for $82K. I said I have a check for $77K to get the out the door. He goes back up to the tower, comes down solo, No Rich and says no we can't do that. I was like Have a Nice Weekend!! This was by far the worst dealership I have ever been too. That truck will sit for another 3 months on that lot and get dogged out by the single mom office manager... Good luck on waiting for some idiot to finance $82K for that thing.... Good Luck!
