I made my reservations 5 months before my trip that I’m going to need a bigger vehicle for 6 luggages and they made sure they have the vehicle and found out they don’t have it? 🤦♀️ No available vehicle the day on my trip and tried to give me the smallest car won’t fit 2 luggages. I called 1pm before going in to pick up the vehicle and made sure they have it. 🛑 🛑🛑 Make sure you have your plan B because this people don’t care at all. I don't usually leave negative reviews but it was rough i had to take my car to LA and park there for 3 weeks and end up paid almost $700 for parking.
