  I bought a steering wheel cover a week ago from the Coolidge, AZ store. While I was there, not a single person asked if I needed help. I tried several times to install it myself, but I couldn’t get it on, even though it was the correct size. I returned on Sunday, March 29, and asked for assistance because I lack the hand strength to install it. There were two older men and one younger man working. Initially, they gave me a tip on how to put it on. When I explained that I had already left it in my vehicle to “heat it up” and still couldn’t get it on, the younger man offered to help, while the two older men appeared unwilling to assist a customer. The older men even joked about charging me $50.00 to do it. I have no complaints about the younger man—he was the only one who was kind and helpful. He successfully installed the cover for me. I will not return to this store and will take my business to O’Reilly’s, where employees don’t hesitate to help customers. If I could give zero stars, I would. The younger man—tall, slender, with black hair, black glasses, and several tattoos—deserves recognition for his excellent service.

  Went there for kn oil filter. Thankfully, they had it but overpriced...like everything else. The elites and politicians could care less about the average working man.
