The latest being my vehicle was taken in to be calibrated, and they had the equipment removed without authorization, then they lied and said the state authorized the removal. A new system had to be installed at acost to me of $336. Thanks Intoxalock! I have asked several times for the number to the Corporate Office, but have yet to get it. Corporate Office needs to be aware of how they are operating their business. I have spent over 12 hours on the phone or on hold, and have spoken to at least 22 different people in the last 4 days, and the level of customer service that I received was HORRIBLE! FYI: My time is just as important as theirs, and at this point I am seriously considering contacting my attorney and filing a law suit against Intoxalock forr shady business practises.
