  I have had to rely on AutoZone and the expertise of Oscar one of the Store Managers here in Chino Valley AZ. My husband had to have his leg amputated (that is another story) and has not been able to help with needed car repairs. Oscar's knowledge of my Challenger along with comparable parts and fluid's has been a huge blessing. Last summer I had to replace the Throttlebody unit and assured me that it was easy enough for me to do myself ( A plus for the encouragement ). Most recently I had coolant leak, he assisted to swap the clamp thing on the upper hose and a new thermostat. He also assisted my Good Friend / neighbor with identifying an issue with her car. I WISH more people had the helpful attitude and knowledge as Oscar. I am 100% sure that if Oscar had his Own Auto Repair Shop, that there would be a waiting list for 3 weeks, YES he is that Great of a Human and the World could use more of him. Thanks a Million Mr. Oscar !!!

  Had a vehicle parked over at Safeway with a dead battery. I came to AutoZone and bought the battery, then asked if they knew anyone that could help me out and go with me to put it in. Frank said he was just finishing up his shift and would go with me to swap it out. What kindness. I so appreciated the great service. Thank you Frank and God Bless!

  Great Service. Bought a new battery today. Oscar was so helpful. He installed the battery there at the store. Courteous, professional and a wonderful experience. The store was also clean and organized.

  Best autoparts store I have ever been to! The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and wont just tell you to sell your car to the junk yard when its an easy fix cause they are too lazy to think about what's wrong unlike orileys. The tool loaner program gives you 90 days vs orileys where they don't even give you a week.

  Unfortunately I locked my keys in my work truck but Fortunately I was in the parking lot by Auto zone & the Manager of the store got it open for me, Thank you thank you thank you If you never been to chino valley there are some great people here
