  If I could leave the owner no stars !!!! I would … he’s racist and narcissistic! And I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and posting on all social media outlets! I am not from Az ! But if this is how he treats people. Then for sure don’t do business with him ! When I told him a friend of mine suggested him …because he will do tint with windshield .. I was accused of wanting something for free …when that’s what his sign say…I guess he assumed since I was Indigenous that I wanted something for free(racist)… I will continue to post reviews about this place.. and also contact the NAACP

  I recently needed a windshield replacement and was initially directed to Safelite AutoGlass. Unfortunately, I found their pricing to be very gimmicky — high upfront quotes that were later “discounted” to appear like a deal. It didn’t sit right with me. Thankfully, Star Windshield is in the same plaza, so I decided to walk in and get a second opinion. I’m really glad I did. Their pricing came in about 30% lower than Safelite’s so-called discounted price, and there were no sales games — just straightforward, honest numbers. Even better, they were able to schedule me for next-day service. The installation was flawless, and the entire experience felt professional and efficient from start to finish. The owner and the technician were both excellent to work with — knowledgeable, respectful, and easygoing. I highly recommend shopping around before committing to a windshield replacement. In my case, Star Windshield delivered better pricing, better service, and a much better overall experience.

  Amazing experience! We'd been turned away from several of the big name places who couldn't help us on a Friday afternoon. Scott took us immediately... chip repaired in minutes for a reasonable price. Insurance claim avoided. Experienced and reliable work. Windshield looks good as new!

  TERRIBLE !!!!!!! Awful experience all the way around-ended with Scott the owner telling me to "stop talking "and not talk over him after he called me to ask me what my problem was- My rear view mirror fell off 2 times since his company star windshield Replaced my windshield. I took the day off of work to have repair person come fix it, they never came and I had to call company just to have Scott "the owner" tell me I must have bumped it and made it fall off.. Bottom line is that they have zero customer service skills, I felt attacked and no one has ever spoken to me like this in my life. Absolutely unbelievable with no resolution ! STAY AWAY !
