  Disregard my previous review of this place !!! Yeah my truck was finished days before the eta I was given, the ailignment of truck was odd and brought it back multiple times . The first time I was told that everything was in green and that he couldn’t get an accurate reading due to the front driver tire having a slash in it and the it was losing air pressure ( need I add my tpms wasn’t lighting up on my dash) got the tire replaced and brought it back a 2nd time was told the same thing. Needless to say my truck still pulled to the right, Moe said the ailignment was good !!! Took my truck to another repair shop and got a printout showing how bad the right side was. So I brought my truck back to Moe at Gerber and was told it needed a camber keep and that he ordered it and would need me to bring my truck back to have it installed. Which brings me to today, dropped my truck off this morning , called and was told he would call me back, an hour goes by so I call again and speak with Moe and was told some bs and that he would give me a call in an hour. Fast forward almost 2 hours I call and get no answer so I go to Gerber of course he is to busy to talk to me. So I am given my keys back and offered a rental or to bring my truck back another day. I get it! Repair shops tend to be and get busy. But there was a no reason why I should’ve had to bring my truck back multiple times times !! It should’ve been repaired correctly and 100% before I ever got it back. From 7:45 am to 3:15 pm my truck never got looked at! So I was forced to spend my day without my vehicle and for what? The repairs were never made, so why have me waste my day off and have me bring my vehicle in for the repair if you’re not going to get to it the same day? And then expect me to pay for a rental! This place is a waste of time. They never call back when they say they’re going to. If I was you I would definitely look into a different collision repair facility. DONT WASTE YOU TIME HERE!!! You know from a business of this size you would expect some kind of professional Come back with an hour or this time I understand it. This is get busy, but if you’re not gonna work on my vehicle, the proper thing to do is to call the customer and let them know. Hey, I’m sorry that we’ve had your vehicle all day but we’re not gonna be able to get around to it today. Can we schedule you another time next week perhaps? definitely will be letting my agent to State Farm know how horrible of an experience I’ve had with this place and for them to not send them any more business. Update: drop my truck off Monday to have the alignment corrected. They had my truck for three days. Got my truck back on Thursday. Today is Friday. My truck still pulls to the right I was told that it’s gonna be a little bit of drift to the right hand side because that’s the way vehicles are made so as if you know you were to fall asleep, you wouldn’t drift to the left into oncoming traffic. That’s what I was told by Carl at Gerber. I called BS on that for my experience. Perfect alignment is when you let go of the steering wheel and your vehicle continues in a straight path anyways luckily I have a lifetime warranty on the work and if my tires get worn or whatever I was told that they were replaced it I don’t know how true that is, but we’ll find out in the future I guess anyway this is just an update, in addition to my alignment still not being 100% correct at least to my liking. I was also told that during my accident the windshield wiper fluid reservoir bottle whatever was cracked and also needed to be replaced. Well that wasn’t if you look, there’s a video that I’m about to post that shows that it was not replaced. Thank you Gerber for doing a fantastic job at not fixing my vehicle 100% percent to those of you that are reading this review. Do not bring your vehicle to Gerber for any reason whatsoever. If you’re insured you can go elsewhere. There’s so many other qualified enable body repair shops in East Valley in the state. Just do not take your vehicle to Gerber.

  I adore these people! All so helpful and nice. They’re all honest and zero BS! This is my 2nd Mercedes they worked on and I couldn’t be happier. Great communication, don’t hesitate to bring your car here.

  I had an insurance claim repair done here, including body work, paint repair, and a windshield replacement, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Customer service was excellent, and the communication and updates throughout the process were absolutely spot on. Gina, Bonnie, and Moe were all fantastic. Every interaction was professional, friendly, and reassuring—something that really matters when you’re dealing with repairs after an incident. They’re a true reflection of how well this location operates. The shop itself was easy to work with from day one. Drop-off was simple, the front desk staff was welcoming, and the overall environment felt inviting. A small but memorable detail: the collection of Jeep ducks at the front desk sparked a fun conversation that genuinely helped take my mind off why I was there in the first place. While this visit was due to an incident that wasn’t my fault, I would absolutely come back voluntarily in the future and would confidently recommend Gerber Collision & Glass – Chandler to anyone needing collision or insurance repair work.
