    I had an awesome experience at this Enterprise location. Ja’shell was so kind and accommodating. He put me into a bigger vehicle as a courtesy knowing that I just got into a serious car accident and I felt safer in something bigger. When I was checking in, a different employee (I didn’t catch his name), the very first thing he asked me was “first, are you ok?”, referencing my accident. Those little things matter!! Especially after a scary accident. Just an overall warm and welcoming experience. Thanks again, Ja’shell!! I will absolutely only ever come to this location when renting from Enterprise.
