They have done complete cars for me but my latest need was a repair to a poorly executed tint job from another shop since I purchased the vehicle used. I dropped it off to have the film from the driver side window (which was scratched after the regulator failed and the window fell inside the door) and the back window (which peeled up from the bottom) removed and replaced. The vehicle was completed within 5 hours and to my pleasant surprise, the installer removed and replaced the film from EVERY WINDOW at no additional charge!!! That is AMAZING SERVICE!! I expected a car that looked like a 2014 Honda CIVIC should but instead, I got a car with pristine tint which gives the car new life. I was able to replaced the belt line door trim weather strips with the money I saved and the car looks fantastic. I recommend Tint World above all the other shops and promise you that it’s worth your time to drive further (like I do) to get there. In the long run, it will save you time and the results will last as long as you own your vehicle!!
- 222TravelDec 13, 20251.0The tint job had to be redone on the windshield of my 2025 Honda Pilot due to bubbles and fibers.Sam and Jordan were very accommodating of getting the tint job redone, which I appreciate so much. However, the redone tint was still not satisfactory. There are still some bubbles and traces of fibers trapped between the windshield and the tint, though not as gross compared to the first job. I thought about calling Sam and Jordan to complain again about it, but I decided not to since the problem areas are not on the driver’s line of sight anyway. On the two occasions of tinting, I noticed a lot of left behind dirt and fibers on the surface and edges of the windshield which I cleaned myself. I supposed the fibers were from the tint cleaning pads or likely from dirty microfiber towels the tint guy used. The worst thing was my dashboard was nicked, probably by a scraper tool or a razor blade. Bottomline, I would not recommend the Chandler Tint World location for a tint job right now. I hope Sam and Jordan will take a look at the qualification, experience, skill, and attention-to-detail of the person doing the tinting. I wish them success, so I hope they will address the issue. I don’t normally leave poor reviews, but decided to do it, to warn customers and also to inform the shop owners of what they need to correct and improve on.
