- BBBrittanyOct 9, 20251.0we waited 15 minutes for two milkshakes. Zero orders ahead of us. Kid spent 5 min at the fountain drinks- fills his cup, drank some, walked back to refill and repeat. Finally makes the shakes and this one was super low in the cup as you can see I thought he was gonna remake it since he set them to the side for a few min. Nope. He doesn’t care ab his job or customers money. He left them sit on the back counter while he started on other orders. Then remembered and just topped it with a few inches of whipped cream ... DO BETTER QT.

I’ve worked retail my whole life I understand those days where everyone seems like they’re out to get you, but I simply asked for extra cheese with my 2 pretzels that I paid extra for and he gave me the most ridiculous look like I just told him the worst insult possible and said sternly “would you like me to go get you some?” He said this in such a nasty tone I didn’t know how to react. I said thank you when he came back with my cheese and left and didn’t say anything else to him. I couldn’t believe me asking for cheese would set him off. I always try to be the nicest to retail/service employees because I totally get it, but holy moly this guy. Seriously crazy. Good pretzel though
