So when I went back into the store, 5 minutes later, he said “I don’t remember helping you.” And told me to go somewhere else because he didn’t wanna give me a refund for what was his fault. The manager is incapable of doing his job right. I mean it’s QT, why is it so hard. Absolutely PATHETIC! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I wake up at 3am get dressed and go to this quick trip for coffee. 4 times in a row now for coffee machines not working. I’m looking for another place to get coffee that’s on the way to work.

Instead of letting me know they decided extra cheese and meat was sufficient. It wasn't. It tasted like a bad cheese bread. I actually peeled the cheese off of every slice to reveal a basically sauceless crust. I didn't keep the pictures I had taken because I planned on not saying anything. I decided to go ahead and say something so it doesn't happen again to anyone else. 👍🏾👑
