He was a complete Jerk acting like he didn't hear us , and saying what?! What?! Over and over. He was very rude! As we were leaving, he kept staring at us like if we going to steal something. Very uncomfortable, we were having a great time until this guy ruined our experience. Poor costumer service, I will avoid this location for now on.

Most of the time the gas tanks don’t work for taking my debit card and I have no problem with that debit card anywhere else I go any other QT’s. So I have to go inside and wait in a long line so if you’re in a hurry and you just wanna put some gas in your car don’t go to this one. They’re horrible. I called and talked to the manager asking him when they’re going to fix it and he was horrible absolutely horrible. I will from now on drive out of my way to go to the QT on Val Vista instead of going to this one!

So when I went back into the store, 5 minutes later, he said “I don’t remember helping you.” And told me to go somewhere else because he didn’t wanna give me a refund for what was his fault. The manager is incapable of doing his job right. I mean it’s QT, why is it so hard. Absolutely PATHETIC! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I wake up at 3am get dressed and go to this quick trip for coffee. 4 times in a row now for coffee machines not working. I’m looking for another place to get coffee that’s on the way to work.
