- HHHNLBSep 22, 20251.0Horrible. Almost lost many valuable, priceless items AND a car. They never mentioned that when hauling a car it needs to be attached to the trailer via chains at the bottom. They never attached them or mentioned it was necessary. I had a car full of irreplaceable items on the back of a trailer that was held on only via two ratchet straps on the front wheels so the car was shaking and swinging side to side for the whole 6 day trip. I had to tighten the straps constantly due to them coming loose at least twice a day. I made it to one stop to find that one of the only TWO fabric straps holding a full size car on the back of a trailer had come completely undone. Do not rent with this Penske if you value your possessions.
