Josh, the manager, told me he would ask his guys the next day because they had gone home already. He said he would call me after he spoke with his employees. He didn't call. I called for an update. He said employees denied it. Of course, who would admit to stealing on the job? Josh said he would go to the general manager. Here we are a week later and he hasn't gone to the general manager yet. What is he waiting for, an engraved invitation? He also said that the general manager works at his own pace. Really? What if the suppliers said that to him? He wouldn't be able to opposite. Josh also hung up on me three times and then claimed it was his phone. Since it's a landline I'm calling b.s. One call back was even sent to me fax. Josh accused me of being rude because I told him to get on with calling the general manager. It's been a week. I would definitely not go back to this location. I am going to call me corporate office and see if they will make it right.
