The manager and assistant manager were so helpful! A hose needed to be replaced. I went next door to purchase the hose, and they put it on. I really appreciated what they did for me. I will definitely be bringing my car back for oil changes. Thank you guys, you are awesome!

Thank you Brandon for giving me rein-stilling my faith in the ocotillo location. It’s much closer. You were very thorough and detailed. And I appreciate no scuffs of oil on my car and not having a disassembled glove box from checking the cabin filter like previous oil changes. Everything was perfect. In and out quick! Thank you!

He said he would ask his employees. Really, who is going to admit to stealing? He also asked the next day. Just told me he would call me the next day. He didn't. When I called him he said his employees denied it, duh! Who could have predicted that? Josh told me he would go to his general manager. Here we are a week later and he hasn't gone to the general manager yet. What is he waiting for? Josh also said the general manager works at his own pace. WHAT??? After he said that he hung up on me. I had to call back three times. He said he was having problems with the phone. I'm calling b.s. it's a landline. Customer service SUCKS!!!!! UPDATE. After leaving this review Jody from corprate called me. She did give me a refund on my service. I appreciate her taking responsibility.

They were obviously in need of replacement, once I was told the price to replace then I declined a nb d went next door to orientation and purchased them for half the price. Brought them back and asked if they would put them in. Maybe nb ager was hesitant and sa I d it takes time and really didn't wa nb t to do it. First of all. Bee nb there 3 times and thus is the first they've ever shown me a filter. So the cabin filter was b l ask n meaning they nb ever checked it the first 2 visits. J I at list a consistent customer
