    Due to unfortunate events, I've had to visit this location a several times in the last few months. They have always been prompt at picking me up from the collision center to bring me back to their branch. The employees, for the most part, have been friendly and attentive, except once. It was a busy day, so I had been waiting for a while. When it was finally my turn, the guy helping me got the keys and everything to walk out to my car but decided to answer a call at the very last second. I had to keep waiting for several minutes until another employee came inside. Other than that, they've always had at least a couple of options to choose from. I haven't had issues with dirty cars, unexpected add-ons, or charges for random damages. They have been honest and straight forward. I still recommend checking your initial rental agreement for accuracy and taking photos of any damages you see. Always return the car to the branch directly vs leaving it at the collision center because you're responsible for any damages to the rental car until they get it. I would use this branch again and recommend it to my friends and family.

    Excellent service from Enterprise and had me in/out the door in 10 mins or so! When returning car I was given the same service when I got the car! Will be coming here once I'm in the area again If you are getting a rental I would recommend the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport AWD, it was a gas saver driving all around Arizona,Utah and California Thank me later! 😀

    Generally, my experiences renting at a Chula Vista location were positive. Recommend verifying type of cruise control/ease of use before driving off lot. KIA Soul has cruise control but unless you've had prior experience, will need to download operating instructions to utilize. Also, always verify amount of onboard fuel. Never assume the vehicle has a full tank or e-charge.
