  Hello, I am a single mother. I was told that AZ Auto masters had a program to help mothers like me. They made me feel at ease leaving my car with them. They repaired my car and it is now safe again. They fixed my rear end, and rear brakes. Many shops take advantage of, or treat women differently. Not here. They are kind and have a good heart. Thank you all at AZ auto masters , I appreciate your help and professionalism.

  AZ Auto Masters took great care of me. The staff was kind, professional, and honest, and the lady up front was so welcoming. The professionals explained everything clearly and made sure my car was safe. I also love that they offer the Maintenance for Mom program, it really helps families who need support. Great service, great people. Highly recommend!

  Hello. The people at AZAutomasters are a rare type of people. Women, please listen. This is a place you can trust. Many shops unfortunately take advantage of women, not this one. I am a retired technician, and I would have loved to work for Mike the owner because of his work ethics. I sent my niece to them, she being a single mom. The staff are real humans not people trying to make a quota or sell you something that you don't need, and they know what they are doing. They do their work well, and have an attention to detail which is rare these days. I confidently recomend them to everyone. You can't go wrong here, give them a try. Thank you everyone at AZ Automasters for a pleasant experience, and in treating my niece very well.

  I came in for an oil change and had a great experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly. They were upfront about pricing and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. I really appreciate the honest service—definitely my go-to shop from now on.

  Edit: Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars for benefit of the doub and for them trying to reach out to us to right a wrong, which we appreciate. Went to another mechanic for an oil change recently and they secured the cover under the car with no issues. This time we paid attention to see if the cover dangled under the car but it was fine and we didn't even have to say anything. I'd recommend AZ Automasters take another look at the quality of mechanics they've hired. Original review: This is a long overdue review. Debated writing it but recently finding our cabin air filter incorrectly put back in made me feel like we needed to speak up. We went in for an oil change based on all the good reviews here and noticed that the cover for under our car wasn't properly secured so it was dragging on the road. Not sure what happened to the screws but we ended up just securing it ourselves with zipties. Could be a coincidence but our tpms sensor light suddenly lit up, as well. Additionally, a couple months later, I remembered that they had mentioned that our cabin air filter needed changing and I decided to check it today to find that the air filter has been improperly out back in and was bent (see pic). They had also mentioned our struts, control arms, and sway bar needed replacing which we're glad now we didn't follow through with them...
