  When I came in, I was having some trouble starting my car. I came in to ask for someone to test my battery and the store manager Demi ended up helping me. She asked me what had been happening so I told her, she recommended to test the whole system. Turns out my alternator was bad. She ended up recommending me to a couple places but the service she gave was something amazing. She asked me many questions just to make sure I would be safe driving my car. I will definitely keep coming back to the store! Thank you Demi for your help and your advice!

  Great place to get auto parts with nice Knowledgeable people working there. The prices are good and they have a pretty good stock of what you might need. I get my oil there as well and they have a free oil dump which is really handy.

  Came in needing a battery replacement around 7:30pm. Marvin helped me replace the battery, and we found out that I also needed a Starter replacement. I was able to get the starter, and Ethan was kind enough to be able to install it for me after the store had closed. Such an awesome experience. Would easily recommend to others, no question.

  We walked to the front for a difficult part. Luckily there were no other customers in the store. A grey shirt male employee was picking up trash and ignored us. A red shirt girl walked right by. Another grey shirt boy took a phone call. After awhile a red shirt boy walked to the register in front of me and stared. I ask if he was going to wait on me and he made a smart ass remark that it looked like I was waiting on him. I replied that maybe I should call the stores number since answering a phone call was more important than acknowledging a customer. The grey shirt stopped picking up trash long enough to glare at me. After the boy didn't have my part we headed for the front door, but stopped and came back in remembering another item we were looking for. Not knowing that we didn't walk out, the grey shirt with the trash started talking trash about us to the others and they were all having a big laugh at our expense. I don't know who are managers and who are trainees, but all four employees were rude, disrespectful, and untrained. The AutoZone on Arizona Ave. will be my last resort for parts going forward. .
