He was so kind made me feel like it was no trouble at all, said I had nothing to feel bad about and he was genuinely happy to help! He helped me scan the car for free and helped me figure out was was wrong with it and offered for me to stay inside while my dad came cause it was hot. So kind and helpful! Definitely top notch customer service!

Manager proceeded to get upset and stated the item returned does not have an email. I told him he was the one who helped me this morning and I had a telephone number as well. This manager begins to argue with me . What a jerk. I give him my card used for the purchase already angered by his accusations. He then tells me I can give you a receipt and you can go elsewhere to get your refund. I calmed down just so I can get my refund. I walk out while saying get some customer service skills “manager”. I will no longer shop at Auto Zone.
