  My experience with Crawford’s has been very mixed. They’re honest, decent prices, do good work, and are easy to work with. All of this said, in my one service visit I already noticed a few yellow flags. They’re not good at communicating, which made me question my trust in them. I had a transmission mount that had to get replaced, that they diagnosed themselves. They tried to get the part but couldn’t get it in time, so they removed it from the bill. The kicker was that they never told me they removed it until I asked. They said it wasn’t needed. I went to a personal mechanic I trust, who confirmed the mount still needed replacing. I also asked them to swap a front badge, a 15 minute job with an OEM part, and they said “I don’t think we do that.” It feels like Crawford’s is focused on moving cars through the shop as fast as possible, not on making sure the work is actually done. If you want a mechanic that does decent work but isn’t upfront with you, this is your place. Otherwise, there are better shops in the valley that wont treat you like a disposable customer.

  I cannot say enough great things about Crawford’s Auto Repair! I brought my truck in thinking I had a suspension issue because of a squeaky noise that had been getting worse. They got me in quickly, were incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, and took the time to thoroughly check everything out. It turned out to be something as simple as a loose spare tire, something that could have easily been misdiagnosed elsewhere. What really stood out to me is that they fixed the issue right then and there and didn’t charge me anything. That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating trying to find an auto shop you can truly trust. At Crawford’s, I felt completely comfortable, respected, and confident that I was being treated fairl, no upselling, no pressure, just genuine help. They’ve absolutely earned my trust, and I will be coming back for any future car needs. If you’re looking for a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend!

  Yes service was good and dealing with your workers was pleasant I would recommend your place to anyone i know needing repairs to their vehicles

  Connor was super helpful and even showed me what was causing the issue with my car. On top of that they got me in same day. Definitely recommend this shop.

  This is the first time I’ve used Crawford’s Automotive for the service my 2025 vehicle. Everything went smoothly. I had no issues and the service went as expected. I was sent a link to my autos inspection but I could not access it. Otherwise 5 stars!
