- JBJosh BransonApr 14, 20265.0Just received an oil change on West flourence jiffy lube location..i usually go to take 5 but wanted to go back and see if the costumer service was different. I received help and direction from a gentleman named Jacob. HE Knew exactly what he was talking about and was persice and persistent on making sure I did not need any other services, checking on me multiple times offering me water, all the while directing two other cars in and out of the bay there next to me. He was very fast and effective and double checked with the other gentleman working on my vehicle if they were giving me the right oil and making sure they checked my other fluids accurately. To me he definitely loves what he does and puts his customers first. I will no longer be going to take 5 and will only receive further oil changes and etc there at that west flourence location in Casa Grande.
