  I recently rented a car from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Casa Grande, Arizona, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making my rental experience as easy and smooth as possible. Even with a shortage of vehicles in the class I chose for my rental, they handled everything quickly and efficiently, answered all my questions, and even went out of their way to explain the rental process clearly so I felt completely confident. What truly stood out was their strong commitment to excellent customer service. They made the entire process stress-free — from picking up the vehicle to dropping it off. No hidden fees, no complications, just straightforward, helpful service that made my trip much more enjoyable.   Pros: Very friendly Cons: I’ve rented here several times for years and i have always had to wait 1 to 2 hours even with a reservation. It’s not like at an airport where once you finish at the counter you just pick up. No, no, no, you will wait hours.

  I really tried, I gave it another chance. It let me down before and thought it was just that kind of day for them. My mistake! I made a reservation 1 month in advance, 1 MONTH! Then called 2 weeks before to confirm, and then again 1 week before. I was promised over and over "Your vehicle will be ready for you, no problem." Given the 1 start review, as I expected, it was not. I showed up, the guy started stating they did not have any vehicle for me. The guy told me "I tried calling you yesterday". Suprise, that was a lie. Not only did I not have any call history from them but he later revealed that he didn't even work the day he supposedly called me, to which I called him out on that but he only brushed it off, he said this location has a hard time because Enterprise is wanting to open a location in Maricopa (WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING!!) He then started to "call" other locations and told us we would have to drive up to the valley for it and "gave" us a "BIG FAT discount" for our inconvenience. He said he found a location that has what we need and he called them and they said they would be waiting for us. Furious I just decided to go because we were now just wasting time. We arrived to the location he stated (power and southern (an hour drive)) and they were packed! When speaking to the branch manager Sean, he apologized because he never received and phone calls and was unaware of our situation (ANOTHER LIE, and we didnt get the mentioned discount either (shocker)). But he was great and was able to take care of us despite his busy and obvious hectic day, plus a discount for the long wait (I will leave a great review for that location. But never again will I trust Enterprise in Casa Grande!!!!
