Before the new owner i would be in and out with an oil change in less than 20 minutes. Today I been sitting in my truck for 30 minutes and just got told to back up and let this other car in ahead of me that just showed up? I wasn’t given a single reason I was just told I needed to back up to let the other car in first. It’s been nearly an hour just to get an oil change from a place that used to take less than 20 for one.. don’t think I’ll be coming back
