    I was told the serpentine belt needed to be replaced and that I would be here about an hour. That was at 9:43 this morning. Each part they put on has now broken and they're telling me the next part will be here around 12:30. I will not wait until 12:30. I'm done waiting. I want to go home! Very disappointed! Tammy has been fine but this is nonsense.

    I have two vehicles and brought one in shortly after they opened. Angel was my point of contact and was very courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough when explaining what services needs to be done. His customer service with myself and the others in the waiting area are to be recognized and commended. I left there with the feeling of getting the services done that needed to be done and not what would cost the most, like at some other automotive places. I brought in my other vehicle at noon and was hoping that Angel would still be there to assist me again. Instead I was greeted by Tammy and wouldn't you know she was just as impeccable as Angel. I asked for an oil change and went in the waiting area for it to be completed. She came in shortly after and explained that an oil change was not needed based upon my milage and travel area. She did recommend an annual tune up to ensure the longevity of my vehicle, which is a 2004. Just as Angel did, Tammy completely explained the importance of the service and understood how much I care I put into my vehicle. In both services, Angel and Tammy, were constantly checking with technicians to ensure the proper services were done in a timely manner. Representatives such as these two are what businesses need to gain the trust of the customer and build loyalty.

    Would not recommend coming here for any car needs!!! I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years coming here for oil changes, tire rotations, getting info on buying tires here, filter replacements, and getting a new battery. I ended up broken down in stop and go traffic 6 months after buying a brand new battery. Ended up having to call a tow truck. Talk about poor timing, we had a flight to make and ended up being late. Turns out after simple research, they didn’t even put in the correct battery! It was too small and didn’t have enough cold cranking amps for our specific vehicle. When called out on their error they refused to give us a refund. Said all they could do is get us a new battery IN A WEEK. Gave absolutely no realistic options for fixing their error right away, as if I don’t have a job or places I need to go with my car. Absolutely ridiculous and insane. We ended up with a cheaper battery from auto zone instead since that was all they could get us right away. Instead of taking accountability for their mistake they blamed it on a scanner they use to see the correct battery..obviously they did not put in the correct details or they need to upgrade their equipment because it’s not accurate. Would not trust any recommendations or advice they give; safe yourself the trouble and the money. Go somewhere else!!
