Unfortunately, during a visit today with my husband, we witnessed conduct that was very troubling. While we were being assisted, the manager, Angel, was berating employees in front of customers. He told them they needed to remember they could be “let go at any time” and repeatedly used foul language, including the F-word. His tone was extremely condescending and intimidating. The language and behavior made me feel uncomfortable as a customer, and I felt especially sorry for the young employee who was airing my tires at the time. It was disheartening to see an employee spoken to in that manner, particularly in a public setting and in front of customers. I believe employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and customers should not be exposed to threatening or profane language. I wanted to bring this to your attention because it does not reflect the positive environment we have experienced in the past. Thank you for your time and consideration
