Upon walking in we were greeted by Patrick at the front counter. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful in getting us into a Buick Envision. He was knowledgeable, and helpful with recommendations and made the whole experience very easy and a pleasure to deal with. We will return for future rentals. Great job Patrick!

I had to wait 2 days to try to get a rental at Enterprise Casa Grande due to issues getting a ride to this location because my car was in the shop after an insurance claim..... I spoke with staff at Enterprise both days letting them know of my issues getting a ride there and they said it was no problem and that my car would be there. I got a ride there and found out that they lied to my insurance company and said that I picked up the rental car. But, when I got there they told me I didn't have a car available despite refusing to look up my name in the computer. They were very busy I understand but they are not attentive to everyone fairly. They were also rude and dismissive to myself and an African American woman that was waiting and did not even ask us our names. The African American lady was dropped off with luggage and had no where to go and left since she was ignored by Enterprise staff. The blond female staff member also told me that I was to be treated as a same day reservation even though it was booked by my insurance 2 days prior to several people they just showed up today and she found them a car on the spot. However she told me there is probably no cars available on the lot but to come back in 2 days from today. She also told a Hispanic male that he had to come back in 2 days even though he had a prior reservation. She told him that her computer does not store reservations so he is also treated as a same day. Magically they were able to get cars for the several Caucasians thst came without prior reservations. She told the other guy and myself that she does not have time for insurance reimbursement and can only handle card or cash payments. Never again. Not even another location.
