Not of their fault, was because of bad faulty device from other vendor. These people went beyond A for efford to help fix my problem. They got the right part next day and installed & my car was ready on saturday when I was off from work. These people are top notch and I will go back for other service.

Every city that I moved to within Arizona I have looked for a Brakes Plus to tend to my cars. I’m so glad that there is a brakes plus here in Casa Grande! It’s the holiday season and I know it gets very busy and there are extra expenses during this month and schedules get really busy. Kevin has truly been helpful when it came to doing my oil change. I called asking if there was any availability for an oil change at that very moment and he came thru! Then when I was checking in my car, I found a coupon online for an oil change and told him about it! He even had a better deal for me with my oil change, half off because of their grand opening! Thank you Kevin and Brakes Plus of Casa Grande! I appreciate your amazing and satisfied customer service!
