- ARAnthony RuizOct 27, 20253.0Came in on a Saturday after passing it on the road..friendly service staff when I first came in..was told they were backed up but would get to me...I had came in to get a inspection and brakes done. Was told after the hour wait that they had no parts in stock but if I wanted to make an appointment on Monday they would give me the 50$ discount as well as extra for having to wait. I said sure as I only needed front pads at the moment. Arrived at my appointment on Monday and checked in and it seems like I'm just another job. They did give me the 50$ discount they said but no additional..fair I guess but don't say you are going to do something and get me to come back and not do it. Honestly I was just feeling lazy and not wanting to do them myself..guess I'm back to doing just that ..we will see if they forget to check my tires pressure again also, and fill it up as they did the first time after reminding them my tire light was on and it was low .. fingers crossed 😆 ...update .the tech came in and verified the air ..so that's a plus..def turned my one star to a 3...I def think the tech has better customer service than those in the front..at least his word is his word 😊
