- JMJessica MJan 2, 20261.0My husband sent me in to pick up a part for him. He looked the part up and sent me a picture which showed the name and part number. I showed it to the lady at the counter and she said she couldn’t go by that. She had to have the vehicle information. I gave her my husband’s account information and told her which vehicle it was. She said that still wasn’t enough information. I asked why the part number we had wouldn’t work as it came from the autozone website. She said she had to look up part number, not customers. I didn’t know all the information and she continued to say well she couldn’t get the part then. I called my husband and he gave me the information and was also confused why all this was happening. She looked the part up and said “see I don’t need your number, I can look it up myself”. ?????How about saving me time and using the part number I gave you 20 minutes ago?! Rude attitude. Remember you are not the only part store in town. When we spend the money we do in your store you could try and have good customer service.
