  I was told that they wouldn't swap my battery with the one I just purchased because she said the battery was not accessible. I asked her to look at it before assuming because they had done it before. She came out, looked at it, and said no, we can not access it. Asked her if another associate could do it. She told me maybe if they feel like it. The only reason this is not a 1 star is because the guy that came out was friendly and took care of it very quickly, with no problems because the battery was accessible!

  This place hires the rudest person I ever met. My granddaughter called to see about returning a battery that was 8 months old . The lady that answered the phone was rude. Wouldn't listen to her and when she asked for the manager she was put on hold and never came back. I called and she was rude to me too . She talked so fast you could not understand her. I asked for her name and she said Jin or it could have been Din. She put me on hold when I asked to slow down.

  Horrible customer service. However Richard is literally the bomb! 5 stars for you Richard. I asked 3 different people if they could please help pick the right windshield wipers for my car. The first person looked it up on the computer and pointed me in the right direction. Then, discovered there are all different types of clips, so I grabbed mine off my car. Still a little confused, I asked a second person and was told they have several clip options in the boxes and he pointed to the right brands. However, they were still not correct. Finally found the correct one for one size but couldn't find the right one in the other size. Finally, quite agitated, I went to the counter and asked quite loudly if there was anyone in the store that could possibly help me. Richard stepped up, helped me find the correct wipers, and even put them on to be sure. Turns out the I had in my hand that looked correct was wrong as well by 1 single minor difference that I wouldn't have noticed. No one in the store pointed any of this out. If you need help, and I mean the above and beyond kind of help, talk to Richard. Thanks man!!!!!
