- MSMichelle SmithFeb 25, 20265.0I went to Auto Zone 2/25/26. Isabel waited on Me and helped me pick out the correct windshield wiper blades for my car. She was very impressive with her knowledge. Also very friendly and courteous. The blades I had chose did not have a drivers side blade. She went and checked the supplies in the back room. I had chose an inexpensive pair. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. However she came back out without the other blade, and went back down the aisle and grabbed another pair. She used her own discount with my purchase and they ended up costing about the same as the ones I had originally chose however, they were nicer and more expensive ones. She also put the wiper blades on my car for me! Thank you Isabel for your help today! Your attitude and personality is a shining example of the way customers want to be treated! I only hope that this review gets you the acknowledgment you deserve from your employer!

When someone finally came to the front, the employee started helping someone that needed to look up a specific part in the computer. The employee should've helped me "swipe" my card and go on my way. Instead, I left and went to O'Reillys saved $1 and apainless payment. Looks like they just won a customer!
