I still had one year left on my Duralast warranty, so I went to this AutoZone location to get a replacement. I had to work that morning, so after work I borrowed a friend's car to go get the battery. I didn't have the core with me because I didn't have the time or tools to do the work, so I had to purchase a new battery and bring the core back later for a refund. Jesse & Ernesto were the two that helped me through the whole process. The battery I had was out of stock or on a recall, so they gave me a battery equivalent to what I had. I did the replacement, brought the core back and was basically refunded the full amount on the new battery! Plus, since I bought the new battery to replace the old core, I got to have another three year warranty! Thank you Jesse & Ernesto for helping me & providing stellar customer service! I will continue to go to this AutoZone for all my vehicle needs and will definitely ask for Jesse or Ernesto to help me! Thank you guys so much! You two are awesome and a valuable asset to the AutoZone team!
