  Had a problem with the spare tire on camper and Leo and DeAndre without hesitation jumped right in and did the repair immediately. They were both professional and great to work with. I recommend trying brakes Plus in Casa Grande AZ! Thank you both! 😎

  They are amazing here at the one in Casa Grande ,AZ. This was one of the upmost respectful business I have been to. The service was great never would I have thought that a manager would go out of his way to help me get the correct parts for my car and to make sure I was able to get home while they did the work on my car and a ride back when it was complete. If and when I need more work done I will be taking it back to them. Brakes Plus of Casa Grande you are amazing. A special Thank You to Rafael and his employees.

  Don't bother making a appointment. I made an appointment one week in advance and arrived early. My vehicle was still in the parking lot an hour after my appointment time for a mere oil change. Management revamp desperately needed.

  - Fall From Grace At the bottom is my original review for Brakes Plus replacing my front disc brake pads & rotors However, when I decided to have them replace the front struts, springs along with mounting kits on my vehicle (complete with AWD alignment)... everything went south. I was told they would contact me the morning of Tuesday, April 14th regarding them waiting on two parts (front coil springs), but they did not. At the time, I asked them to call me either way as to the availability of these parts so I know what's going on. They said they would - but I never heard from them. The estimate for this work was over $1.6K and I was looking forward to getting it done. This is in addition to the $500 plus brake job they just did. This review is now 1-star for Brakes Plus being inconsistent and not keeping their word. Original 5-Star Review: Being the first time I had done business with Brakes Plus, I was very pleased with the the work they did (front brake pads & rotors). Leo and Rafael took good care of me. The car now stops just like it did when new and will now have them replace the front struts & springs as well. My older model 99 Subaru Outback Wagon (87k total original miles) is now smiling... all the way down the road!

  This company helped me out. I wanted to give 1 star, but they proved they were worth 5. I came to get my a/c fixed. They told me $275 for a recharge. That didn’t fix the problem and then they told me I had a crack in my system and that it would be a $1000 fix. I got in touch with corporate because they should have told me this before recharging for nothing. The regional manager Todd contacted me and had my a/c fixed without charge because of the whole mixup. That is incredible customer service and I will happily pay for future service. Also, Deandre Dew was the technician/mechanic that fixed my car. He did an incredible job. He put an effort in fixing my vehicle quickly despite having a full schedule. He should be recognized for his hard work.
