  Absolutely the best service from all the employees, especially the manager Tony who was very helpful with delivering and helping us installing 2 new batteries in our truck. Great customer service. Highly recommend them.

  I didn’t catch her name but I just want to give a shout out to the girl with long dark hair that helped me out today while all the other employees were just standing around and not doing much. So shout out to you girl for being knowledgeable about the parts that I needed you are amazing!

  These people will tell you they have the part you need... tell you to pull it off, bring the part in so they can compare the part, so hey... you're already in their parking lot let's pull the EGT sensor off and bring it in unfortunately it broke on the way off... Only for Auto zone to then tell you that not only do they not have the part... they suggest to drive to O'Reilly's to see if they have it... They suggested I drive my truck after knowing I broke and pulled off my EGT SENSOR... Insane customer service. When I told them I was stranded now their literal response is "well my car works but I can't give you a ride don't know what to say"... just amazing

  Jen was awesome I came in with the wrong part that a different Autozone gave me. She not only found me the right part but even came outside with me to make sure it was 100% the right part.
