  Terrible service, avoid this location. I brought my car in to fix a dent on the side panel and restore fading on my carbon fiber hood and grille. When I picked it up, there was visible orange peel on the grille and side panel, and the hood looked untouched aside from clear coat. Which was understandable due to the level of sun damage. I was told to return in a few weeks to fix the orange peel. At the second visit, I pointed out the hood had faded further. Which shouldn’t have been the case with the clear coat protecting it. Isaac said he’d sand it and reapply clear coat. When I picked it up again, there was now a chip in the side panel, and the hood was worse (appearing oversanded and damaged). However the grille looked better. Rob denied they touched the carbon fiber at all, which didn’t add up. When I came back to speak to the manager (Mac) he was unprofessional, refused responsibility, and revoked his offer to fix the side panel when I asked about a partial refund. After escalating the issue to corporate and providing photos, a market manager agreed a partial refund was justified—but they only acted on it after I followed up a week later.

  Thank you Isaac. Our hyper extended door is now functioning perfectly. If we ever need any auto body work done again, we will return to Gerber Collision & Glass.

  Terrible experience with Gerber collision, the only reason I chose to leave even 2 stars is simply because the final work came out decent. I took my wife’s car in for collision repair and it was an absolute nightmare. Everything was going great, and we were first told the car was done sooner than the expected date, so my wife picked up the car only to find the car was not finished, and needed to come back for the window replacement. She decided to take the car and bring it back at a later date, and didn’t make it a mile down the road before the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Countless sensors left undone and not reset which caused her to return the car immediately and have them provide another rental. After returning the car, we then received no updates whatsoever. I finally decided to reach out to them, and they told me the car would be in later that day for my wife to pick up. The day goes on, and she has to reach out to them only to find out that the car will not be in that day. They then proceed to complain while my wife is on the phone about extending the rental another week, despite knowing that my wife only has one day off during the work week and cannot work around their hours to pick up any other day due to traveling an hour both to and from work. These people are unprofessional, and I would not recommend taking any collision, paint, or glass repair here.

  Update on my previously bad review I spoke to John a manager from Vegas, who is currently helping to rectify the previous situation between myself and Gerber about my car. He was very kind, respectful and honest with me and he has made it a point to make this situation, more amicable and respectful between myself and Gerber collision of Bullhead city I am so grateful that their upper management have finally reached out and They truly do care about their clients and their reputation
