  Terrible experience with Gerber collision, the only reason I chose to leave even 2 stars is simply because the final work came out decent. I took my wife’s car in for collision repair and it was an absolute nightmare. Everything was going great, and we were first told the car was done sooner than the expected date, so my wife picked up the car only to find the car was not finished, and needed to come back for the window replacement. She decided to take the car and bring it back at a later date, and didn’t make it a mile down the road before the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Countless sensors left undone and not reset which caused her to return the car immediately and have them provide another rental. After returning the car, we then received no updates whatsoever. I finally decided to reach out to them, and they told me the car would be in later that day for my wife to pick up. The day goes on, and she has to reach out to them only to find out that the car will not be in that day. They then proceed to complain while my wife is on the phone about extending the rental another week, despite knowing that my wife only has one day off during the work week and cannot work around their hours to pick up any other day due to traveling an hour both to and from work. These people are unprofessional, and I would not recommend taking any collision, paint, or glass repair here.

  The team here has no people/hospitality skills they treat women who come in as if they know nothing about their own vehicle they claim to take your car apart to check for damage yet never took my spare tire off which was the main focus of my accident big o tires had to find my bent tire rod when asked why they didnt know it was bent thry said i quote we had to sent it over to big o for that they recieved my car with a fresh wash and full tank when i picked up i had under a half tank and black handprints all over the inside of my car theyre work is subpar i would never recommend them they claim insurence refused to fix many thing but when you speak to insurence they claim gerber said items were unnecessary they also pulled a side panel on my car that they should not have and refused to acknowledge it let alone fix it Update i did recieved a text from Gerber called immediately was told the person ment to speak to me was not in and would call me back which surprise surprise he never did
