Able to do most of the check-in online so when we went to pick up the car we checked a few more boxes and we were driving away within 10 minutes. Car was super clean and perfect for our trip. Very likely will rent our next car through enterprise.

I think it's ridiculous to place such a large hold on a credit card.....there should be parameters for well-qualified customers or if you have a business or corporate number associated to your rental that hold fee should be greatly reduced or not at all. This for all rental car companies. Other than that, no issues with Entetprise to report.
