I stopped in because my car had been struggling to start, and I wasn’t sure if it was the battery, the alternator, or something else entirely. Austin immediately stepped in to help. He ran a full diagnostic on my battery and charging system, explained everything in simple terms, and walked me through what the readings meant.When the test showed my battery was on its last leg, Austin helped me pick the right replacement—not just the most expensive one, but the one that fit my car and my budget. His team jumped in right away to help install it, making sure everything was secure and working properly before I left. They even checked my fuses and cleaned the battery terminals just to make sure there were no other issues. I recommend going to Auto zone and asking for Austin.

  First and Foremost, I’d like to thank the manager Christina .There are three ladies that work at AutoZone that have helped me tremendously. My check engine light came on, So I stopped by to see if I could get the check engine light read. A girl named Rita said, sure, jumped up, followed me to my truck and Plugged it in. We went inside. She read the results to me and recommended that I get a gas cap, a real gas cap lol. Got one right then and there. She told me it could take up to 50 miles before they check engine light went out. Well, lo and behold the check engine light went out. I was so happy it was a simple fix, thank you Rita. since everyone was so nice to me, I figured I head back to see if I could get a key for My rims. I just purchased this truck and it didn’t have one. This time a lady named Crystal showed me what a key was, since I had no idea lol she walked me out to my truck and showed me exactly what to do if I ever got a flat tire. Christina, the manager saw Crystal showing me what to do and she just praised Crystal for her above and beyond customer service skills. Christina then showed me a few things that I didn’t know about my truck. Being a woman in an auto store is very intimidating, but to have three women like this working in one place is the best decision Your company could’ve ever done. It may seem small to you, but it’s very large to me. Thank you AutoZone for hiring knowledgeable and friendly staff.

  Is there a 6 star rating? I would definitely give this shop that extra star. Top notch service, professionalism, and overall knowledge. I’m greeted the second I walk in the door every time I come in. It makes being a do it yourself kind of guy much easier with the support I get from your store. I couldn’t get the work done on my cars, boat, and toys done without your help. Well, the crew here, their manager, and YouTube videos. My favorite auto parts store by far. The most friendly, amazing staff. Keep up the good work. I appreciate you.
