  This experience has been incredibly frustrating, not because of the local team, but due to major breakdowns at the corporate level. It’s been over two weeks trying to get the correct glass for our truck, and now we’re being told it could take yet another week. We were initially told a refurbished glass option would be used, only to later find out the truck manufacturer requires a specific OEM part. That’s a basic detail that should have been identified from the start. What’s even more concerning is the lack of organization behind the scenes. There appears to be no efficient system to determine the correct glass needed, and the team can’t even directly call their own corporate supply department—they have to rely on email communication, which clearly slows everything down. For a company that spends millions on advertising, it’s surprising that the internal systems and inventory planning are this unprepared, including not having multiple local suppliers for something as critical as truck glass. In the meantime, we’ve been driving with a taped plastic window, which feels unsafe. Any debris on the road could easily puncture it, creating a real safety concern. That said, the local staff—especially manager James and receptionist Francis—have been genuinely kind and helpful. James went out of his way to arrange Uber rides for us multiple times (twice there and twice back) due to the delays, which we truly appreciate. The issue here is clearly not the people on-site—it’s the lack of corporate efficiency and preparedness. Safelite is a large company, and this kind of delay and disorganization simply shouldn’t happen. Something needs to improve quickly.

  Ivan did a great job expediting the process, he was able to get me in early and did my windshield in record time everything was done very well very clean office very professional. And it was very convenient to my house.

  Incredible service. James saw us immediately for a windshield repair as a walk-in and repair took less than 30 minutes. Will be back for our future repairs!
