  Easy to set up. VERY fast. Came to my home the next day. The technician was very nice & professional. Great communication. Let me know the schedule plan at the beginning of the 4 hour appointment window & notified me when he was 20-30 minute out & when he got here.

  So friendly, much cheaper than expected. I got the highest service with the new wipers and rain repellent and vacuumed the front of my car and warranty. And it was cheaper than mid level since I paid in full. The original tech had an emergency and they called me right away and rescheduled it for the next day since they knew that I had to leave the state for a wedding. Accommodating and friendly service as well.

  The technician Brian showed up in a timely manner. He was kind and courteous and very efficient and he got the job done quickly. I highly recommend using safe flight from this location. I set up my service call online and they were at my house over 100 miles away first thing in the morning. Very impressed with safe flight and this location. I will continue to use them.

  From beginning to end, it was a breeze to set up an appointment and have a technician come out to my house to replace the windshield on my car. From the customer service to the technician who arrived at the door, I can't say enough on how pleased I was in their professionalism and quality of service. Their customer support is superb, as well. I will keep using Safelite auto glass in the future. Kudos to Jeremiah the technician who installed my windshield and placed a tint strip for me so the sun will kill my eyes.

  I got my windshield replaced and within 4 days got 4 cracks on it. Safelite will replace your class with a Chinese quality designed to break easier. James the manager admitted this to me and apologized. He said that insurance pays for the cheaper quality which is what happened. When Micheal the technician came he right away tried to avoid the situation and not help me. He gave me his managers number and tried to leave to the next job. These people just have a job and a quota to complete who don’t care about the customers. James is a rude manager and in my opinion just brushed everything onto insurance. He didn’t do anything to help me and I wouldn’t go to this satellite if you want honest workers.
