I have a brand new Cadillac and when you go into their car wash there’s a dip, so I ASKED THE LADY 3 times if I have enough heights she said yes and as soon as I heard the bump sound I stopped and she keeps pulling me forward so I stop and get out and my bumper is rubbing on the tracks! Had to reverse out and it ripped my carbon fiber splitter I literally asked 3 times pay attention and have some care for another peoples hard worked for vehicles. We filed and incident report so will see how they take care of this. Depending on how this is handlings will change my mind on never recommending this place Update well, they got in touch with me and of course, a worthless corporation like this has taken zero responsibility, saying that they have no fault of their Terrible employees if you’re like me and you appreciate the car, you worked hard for stay as far away from this place as possible you’re better off going to dash across the street.
