So I went in Sat night and ordered a Throttle Position Sensor (TPS), paid for it, got my receipt and had to wait until Sunday/Monday for it to be delivered to the store, which was fine. Then I ordered a Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF) & same process, I ordered, paid & got my receipt. Picked up the TPS Sun night, went Tues afternoon to pick up the MAF but there was no record under my name or number. Thankfully one of the guys working Tues-Damien remembered me & came over to try & figure out what happened. So the other guy when he did the sale because it was under no name/no number didn't give me the warranty. I'm grateful to Damien for also catching that & fixing it so that I had the warranty for my part. He also gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I feel he helped me tremendously going above & beyond typical protocol because had something gone wrong with that part I wouldn't have had a warranty & would've had to pay for it again, $144.27 after taxes, which I had gotten lucky enough to come up with the first time!! So thank you Damien very much for your immediate help with this!! I super appreciate it.
