  Why is it that employees here can’t find motorcycle parts on their inventory. 3 employees told me they don’t carry the oil or coolant for common street bikes. I had to catch a staff member who didn’t know me to look up the m/c battery I needed

  If I didnt live nearby I would rate it lower atleast they will know I atleast gave them 1star god forbid I have to go back here they never have parts and I look for broadband range of vehicles not just mine because of the work I do their customer service lacks they never take used oil im telling you now save the hastle go to miller and Broadway there's a store over there that has everything and more I promise you'll thank me.

  I walked in and I could hear 2 guys talking behind the front desk and out of sight. The Hispanic one (freddy the inbound freight manager say to the white looking handicap guy u gonna let me put it in ur rump tonight in a wanna be macho man voice then changed to almost the sound of a female and said id let u put it in my rump tonight while walking out the back room to the front. Still talking his eyes got real big and he went silent when he realized I was standing there. Freddy was very rude and disrespectful toward me and made the handicap guy get my parts for my jeep. That was the most disrespectful and disgusting time I've ever had at a parts store and I won't be returning to that one anytime soon.
