I tried returning old motor oil at this location 3 times in the course of a year, and every time I was told that the tank was full. Additionally, the staff is less than knowledgeable about the most basic needs of people working on their vehicles. I would recommend going to any other parts store.

Montana at AutoZone was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help me with my battery and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Montana was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of properly. Customer service like this is hard to find—thank you for the outstanding help!

I have never been treated a such in an Auto Zone till this location about having our battery changed out. The night before, I got my battery checked and it read “good” and the guy said if it continues to come back and you can change it out and THEY are happy to do that for me. I come back today with a slip of my mechanic stating “can’t hold charge and showed the Voltage” and the elderly guy (unsure name) refused to look at the slip and wanted to check himself. He said he can’t change it out for me. I mentioned a guy last night had 0 issue to switch it out for me. Another guy came (I think manager but don’t quote me on that) and he argued with me about not changing it out due to “not allowed” and “getting sued” and said “if you want me to change it for you, we will not be liable if something goes wrong”. He also made a big deal how it would take him 30 minutes. The way he approached all of this was unacceptable and again for never had an issue before. So thankfully my mechanic fitted me in so I brought it to him and sucks I had to pay $96 (reciept to prove) because of this when Auto Zone can easily have done it for free. A huge inconvenience for me when I had to go all the way there then all the way back to bring old battery back. Even my husband (who wasn’t with me due to work) was like that is very uncalled for and strange. But yet, I see reviews recently for this location saying how grateful this location changed it with no hassle etc. Why was I chosen to have been complicated with and now I’m out $96.

I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone. Juan, who is a manager, told me the commercial parts department was closed, but I could clearly hear associates in the back talking about how the commercial parts associate was just at lunch. When I asked for clarification and requested the regional manager’s number, Juan refused to help further and walked away, leaving a red-shirt associate arguing back and forth with me at the front. They also refused to provide the regional manager’s contact info — which I later found posted right on the front door. It’s clear that the associates here are not properly trained in commercial sales or customer service. I called the regional manager afterward, but there was no answer and no call returned. The lack of professionalism and accountability at this location is unacceptable, especially from management. I’ve always relied on AutoZone for dependable service, but this experience makes me question whether I’ll continue doing business here.
