  Overpriced, incompetent, and unprofessional. I took my Sedona in for alignment. They identified worn rear control arms. Those were replaced and I was back the next morning for alignment. They then said I needed a camber adjustment kit, they were ordering it, and it would be a couple hours. 4 hours go by, no call even though they knew we were waiting for it. I finally called and after being put on hold a couple times I was told the tech was at lunch and would call soon. Never called (unprofessional). I took it to another shop who said everything was fine (incompetent) and did the alignment for $89 instead of $125 at BP (overpriced). Just to be sure I had it checked at yet another shop and everything is fine. While they did not charge me in the end, they wasted a full day of my time and caused a lot of unnecessary drama with their incorrect diagnosis. Avoid these guys at all cost!

  First time visit. We were told by a tire place that we needed a wheel alignment. Zeke called and said did not need and there was no charge. We appreciate the honesty and will return for oil changes etc. Thank you for the great service.

  Zeke was the tech that worked on my vehicle ! Super fast and got my shocks and struts done in a timely manner thanks Zeke and curtis the store manager for the great deal buy 2 get 2 free on shocks & struts

  Great staff and Curtis has been the manager and with brakes plus for over 10 years !!! That says a lot !! Never pressured into anything and they always keep me up to date with my car i definitely will be back

  This was my first time going to Brakes Plus and I was very pleased with the service ! It was straight to the point and the appointment was very fast ! Zeke was very nice and offered his assistance. I’ll be coming here again for my other vehicular needs. Thank you staff!
