  Mechanic of 15 years here. About a month ago I went to get a filter and oil for my car. I walked over to one of your assistant managers for the part number on the filter and he looked it up and didn't ask anything about brand or what I needed. He just walked off to grab the oil change. I told him I didn't want an fram filter and i just asked for the part number of the brand i wanted. He came back then asked what I wanted. I told him I also needed the mobile one eurpean formula oil and he started scrolling through the page and told me to tell him when to stop even tho I couldn't really see at my angle and he was scrolling to fast to even read anything. I was polite and very clear about what I wanted. Idk what issue he had going on but I thanked him for the help and went over the oreilleys. Its was a very gross experience. I decided to add a review because it been really bothering me. That guy has no buisness being an assistan manager.

  Terrible customer service, gave up when looking for parts. Told me that they don’t have it… but didn’t know what he was looking for.

  Don't ever go to this location the employees don't know what they are doing at all. They gave me the wrong battery size and fried the wiring in my car now it's going to cost a lot more then a battery and I all so went in for a belt I brought the old one and one of the employees asked is it suppose to be that small and still gave me the wrong part this is not the first time I have been given the wrong part this has happened every time I have came in there and I don't understand how they keep getting it wrong when you have a computer that litterly tells you everything. They were rude and horrible customer service they were on their phones and when I asked for help they looked at me like I was in covenant them and two other employees were in the back playing around with each other if I was the owner I would fire every single one of them and get a hole new staff. Go to the auto zone on Indian school and jack rabbit that's how an auto part store five stars all day
