I am a local I live nearby and I pop into this place pretty much daily so I feel that my rating should have more weight. With that being said, I think these people are fabulous. The cashiers are always friendly. When you walk in, they always welcome you warmly. Every time I've needed something they've jumped at the chance to help me. The ladies that work, the back counter for food will make anything fresh and tasty for you anytime you want. Not sure what the problem is with these other people, but these people here are fantastic. Way to go guys. Kudos to the cashier named amethyst. You are a rockstar. Keep doing you and I appreciate your kindness. Every time I go in

She went back in instantly and never left the property. She was told that the ATF would not allow them to exchange. She would have to make another 80 dollar purchase. I travel the nation often and have never heard such crap. Go to Loves across the road. Yes fuel is a little higher, but the people are much friendlier.

We definitely live in the country of redundancy country. We need to do everything at least twice ??? What ever happened to just buying gas and getting on down the road ??? I was told it was for customers that did not get back to the pump right away, that way no one could pump their gas into their vehicle. It was to protect me. I don't recall giving Maverick the authorization to protect my interests. How often would something like this happen, once in 100 K. It amazes my how these educated idiots don't have the wisdom to apply to the knowledge they have. When did stupidity become a virtue ??? It's going to be much longer than twenty years before i'm buying gas at a Maverick Gas Station
