This team has it down from check-in to when the tech comes to your house, to the knowledge of windows and suggestions on what you should /could do. - TRTony RendleNov 3, 20251.0The service was fine. The company policy for repair sucks. We were required to repair a 360deg view camera BEFORE they would replace the windshield. The 360deg view camera is NOT a safety camera, and has NOTHING to do with the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) or calibration. This forced us to drive with an unsafe ,broke, windshield until we could get it repaired. Now that windshield replacement became technical, you better learn what the critical system are in the vehicles you service. I will be passing this on to my issuance as well.
