  Excellent Customer Service. Was in and out in under an hour. They had a very nice selections of refreshments that were free. Technician was very professional and had excellent manners.

  Safelite recently replaced my daughter’s windshield and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The convenience alone was a huge plus because they came out to us, which made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. The technician was phenomenal. He was professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled. He explained everything and made sure the job was done properly before leaving. I also really appreciated the follow-up communication. Safelite sent helpful text reminders about when to remove the tape from the windshield and later even sent a message thanking me for choosing them. That level of customer care really stood out. Overall it was a smooth and professional experience, and I highly recommend Safelite if you need a windshield replacement.

  Our technician Danny made the whole appointment easy and reassuring. He called when he was leaving his previous stop to give me a heads up that he was on his way and then called again when he arrived. He was very kind, personable, and easy to talk to. Right at the beginning he asked if we still wanted the stickers on the windshield. That immediately gave me confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and was paying attention to the details that matter to customers. He walked us through the process, answered our questions, and made sure we had the information we needed. He handled the crack quickly and efficiently, which was a relief because it had been stressing me out. The whole experience felt smooth and well taken care of.

  Will never use this company ever again. They came out Saturday and replaced my windshield. Monday, we had rain, and my drivers' side windshield wiper flopped around and then stopped working entirely. Technician had removed it to put the windshield back on, and apparently didn't bother to test it once reinstalled. I had to wrench the car myself, and when I called the customer service line, it said (after a LONG hold) "We can't take your call right now, call us later." Seriously? On a safety issue like this? Absolute garbage.***EDIT, since I can't respond to the owner's response: I fixed it myself. Which part of IT FREAKING RAINED AND I HAD A USELESS WIPER BECAUSE OF YOUR TECH did you not comprehend?

  2/19/26: I would totally use Safelite again, and not just because they are the contractor through my insurance company. My driver side glass was shattered yesterday. I was able to get an appointment the very next day; they gave me a 5-hour window (11 am - 4 pm) which kinda sucked so I took the day off work in order to have the repair done at home (I was not going to leave my car unsecure at work). The communications from Safelite were constant & timely, one stating the work could take anywhere from 1 - 2 hrs. The tech, Tim, send a text about 2:15 stating he would arrive in under an hour -- and he did! He stated that it would probably only take about 30 minutes to repair, that the longest part was cleaning up the glass. He did not seem to mind my hovering, which I explained was so I could take pictures for reviewing. He did warn me to not be surprised if I see glass shards occasionally appear, as the door frame was shaped in such a way there was no way the vacuum would suck it all up. He did say there were holes in the bottom of the door so yeah, glass pieces could randomly appear. **BONUS!** My car is new, purchased in September. Before Tim, the driver side window was clunky when it opened. Now it is quiet & smooth. Thanks, Tim! I have only a couple semi-negative comments: 1) it seems Safelite can narrow down their time frames. I mean, if Tim says the repair would take about 30 minutes -- and they knew it was one driver side window needing repaired -- why can't they have a shorter window of arrival; 5 hrs seems excessive. 2) Tinting. Now, I failed to ask if they can offer (or have) tinted windows for replacements, but this would be an exceptional way to improve on services -- because now I have to find a tinter so my new window matches the others. :-)
