- AAAnnaSep 28, 20253.0Consistently inconsistent. Always problematic over most things encountered. The self serve beverage bar is traditionally a battle of low or no inventory, compounded with neglect. As a paying customer, I never feel the love at this location. Always difficult to distinguish indifference from incompetence. With institutional failure the norm here, it leaves vast room for improvement. A serious injection of pride would go far here. Oddly l don't encounter similar issues with other locations that seem to operate as designed.
- SBSteve BundySep 22, 20251.0This location is a nightmare. I've been coming here since it was opened. Each visit I run into a problem. Most commonly : ice tea out, soda out, flavors of soda out, no ice, no napkins, no drink carriers, mopping robot always underfoot, can't prepay for gas at pump, coffee out, cold coffee out. Tonight took the cake. The "facilities support" guy decides to shut the entire soda station down to clean it at 6pm. Not one section at a time. All of it. So, no ice for tea either. He had really no idea how long it would take which I find comical to begin with. He told the manager it would take 5 to ten minutes or longer. I mean, what does he care, right? I had ordered two shakes and a pretzel. No cheese sauce. No lid for shake. 15 minutes with no other orders pending. I watched three people steal while I was waiting. One guy walked out with a slushee without paying. A guy put a candy bar in his back pocket and paid for some gum. Another guy put a red bull in a cup and filled it up with a slushee and walked out without paying (right next to the "facilities support" wiping down the soda dispenser. They need a management shakeup here. They brag about the pay for these folks and it seems just criminal what they get paid for what kind of product leakage and opportunity cost they incur.

- EEEdgarAug 28, 20255.0Great costumer service QT gas station, in all your stations ,must say you guys are on top on this business, get to the point, there's this guy Christian he's amazing not just because he speaks Spanish to people ,he knows howto provide an understanding environment for people who can bearly speak English with no hasitation, I understand Spanish and I have seen the type of customer service he has provided , he's a natural great customer service, don't believe me? Give him a test, you Qt know how to do it, I had the chance to work for a different gas station as a manager you should give him a chance,you know what I mean, thank you for your time.

My blood was boiling because the two young guys on shift didn’t know how to do a refund after I repeatedly asked him to pay for the food with the food stamp card and the cash for gas. I was only able to put $6 in my gas tank. Mind you I’m a mother of 7 and this heat is unbearable at some point in and day. This QT need to be put under new management, with people that know his to fix there mistakes.
