The shower wasn't cleaned at all. Soap and toothpaste left allover the shower, sink and mirror. Toilet was gross, floor was wet. They chased bobtailes off the front lot all night. But its cool, they took away 12 full size truck spots in the back so the 3 cars had plenty of room to park next to Wendy's. Must be raking in the all the cash from both of the cars in that lot. Maybe they'll make enough money to clean the debris from the truck that burned down, in the fire lane of all places, TWO MONTHS AGO. Pilot/Flying J will forever be the worst truck stops in the country. Also, as they do at every location...2 fuel lanes were closed.

Not the best travel center to visit. The worst of it is management. Seriously rude and unprofessional. Some of the employees are polite and professional. Just mind the cleanliness of this place

These guys are more worried about forming proper lines inside then going outside t make sure people aren’t just parked on the fuel islands causing backups.

This location is undeserving of even one star. I have been coming to this Pilot for years and have spent plenty of money here, especially on reserved parking only to show up multiple times and find the “reserved” spots all taken. Even worse, staff couldn’t be bothered to make the non-paying drivers move for a spot I paid for. So what exactly are we paying for? Today was the final straw. I was bobtail and parked in a regular non-reserved spot mid day. A security guard — acting like wannabe law enforcement — came banging on my door as if there was an emergency. I was told I couldn’t park there because I was bobtail and needed to either squeeze into the tiny paid bobtail section or park along a red curb clearly marked for fire lanes. The logic? Nonexistent. Not only was he rude he discredited my "experience" as a truck driver based on me parking bobtail in a regular spot and I don't doubt his demeanor changed due to the fact that he did not expect a woman to come to the door. Mall cop needs a serious ego check. Let’s also talk about the condition of this place. The parking lot smells like a fish house from drivers dumping urine, trash is everywhere, and the store itself is run down and constantly understaffed and I won't even elaborate on the showers which need a revamp and are never cleaned properly. For a company that profits heavily off drivers for not only the reserve spots but this location especially for bobtail parking that they charge for, the lack of respect and upkeep is unacceptable. After years of giving this location business, I’m done. There are plenty of other truck stops that actually value the drivers keeping them in business.
