Two of those vehicles had to be returned due to oil leakage following service. I paid out of pocket for the corrective work, while also being informed that the technician responsible had been terminated. This morning at 9:40 AM (Sunday 12/14/2025), I returned with another vehicle. The employee spoke about manufacturer recommendations as if they were non-negotiable law and refused to proceed with the oil change based on my preference, turning what should have been a routine service into an argument. For comparison, I visited a different Jiffy Lube soon after. The employee there was willing to provide the same services I had received before, respectfully advised that I was not yet due for an oil change, and ultimately allowed me to decide how I wanted to proceed. That is how customer service should be handled.
