  I rented a one ton pick up with gooseneck attachment to haul my fifth wheel while my truck was in service. I was impressed with the rental truck and the staff was amazing! They were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and really cared about making sure my truck needs were met. I highly recommend them.

  We received the best service on the worst day. We were in town and 2 other rental car companies had overbooked their vehicles and left us without one. Kayoni was a joy to work with and made the experience and the day better! We ended up with a conversion van after every other car/truck in Phoenix was rented because of spring training. Nothing but awesomeness at this location!!

  Never had any issues with them before renting a truck. I rented a truck a week in advance and they didn't bother calling me and/or telling me an hour before pickup that they don't have the right vehicle. They also told me there are other requirements for renting the trucks. Which would have been good to know a week prior. Never coming back here again and probably will never use enterprise after this experience.
