I rented a truck a week in advance and they didn't bother calling me and/or telling me an hour before pickup that they don't have the right vehicle. They also told me there are other requirements for renting the trucks. Which would have been good to know a week prior. Never coming back here again and probably will never use enterprise after this experience.
