  Called the night before to make sure my reservation was confirmed and vehicle was verified dur to the need to .are sure it was a certain type of vehicle due to insurance. Then I arrived just for them to tell me they have no vehicles that will work for my rental and to go check other stores because they can't help me. It's your job to help me get into a vehicle.

  Stay Away! Deceptive Practices and Poor Customer Service I rented a car from this location after being rear-ended in an accident. At the time of rental, I clearly explained to the agent that the vehicle was being paid for by the other persons insurance company and that all charges would be reimbursed through the claim. Despite this, the agent told me that I was required to take the additional coverage for the rental car. Trusting their guidance, I agreed to the coverage. When I returned the vehicle, I was informed by the claims manager that I was personally responsible for the $199 charge for the optional coverage. The claims manager further stated that the coverage was not required at all, and that this kind of upselling is “typical” for rental companies. In other words, I was misled into purchasing unnecessary coverage under false pretenses. I reached out to Enterprise’s customer service team and was told a manager would contact me to resolve the issue. It has now been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive a single follow-up or any attempt to make this right. This experience has been extremely disappointing, not only because of the extra cost, but because of the lack of accountability and professionalism. Customers should be able to trust that Enterprise employees are giving accurate information, especially when they know the rental is being handled through an insurance claim. I would strongly caution others to double-check any “required” coverages before signing and to get everything in writing. What happened to me feels deceptive and unethical, and I will be filing a formal complaint with Enterprise corporate and the Better Business Bureau.
