  I had a failed water pump. Dale helped me get that part a warranty, as it was replaced last summer about 6 months ago. He went way out of his way to help me . When the day before the Freightliner dealership was absolutely no help. Thanks again.

  Just had a level 3 service on my onan generator performed here. My service writer Blanca was awesome and very helpful. And the mechanic whom i dont know the name was very particular in doing the job he noticed my radiator was failing aswell as a fuel line . Advised to replace now and i did . And definitely saved me another time from being in the shop he found the radiator was blocked and corroded inside and externally most all the cores were seaping with corrosion aswell. Again Thank you who ever you are that seen that and brought it to my attention.. will be back for all my service needs

  Took my motorhome for a lube and oil service along with fuel filler in November 2025. I paid around $860 for the service. When I picked up my motorhome everything seemed fine until I arrived home. I noticed the undercarriage storage bins had been unlocked. When I dropped it off I had them all locked so this means that someone went through my storage bins. I noticed in one of the keyholes something was stuck in it when I went to go lock them. When I got it out with needle nose pliers I noticed it was half of a key. They did not inform me that they had broken a key and on my key ring there was no broken key. When I compared keys to my spare key ring I notice I was missing the front door locked key to my motorhome. They actually had the nerve to remove the key off the key ring and never told me that they broke the key, thinking that I was not going to notice the key missing. They also did not change the fuel filter that I paid to have changed and the oil filter was leaking oil. I called them and they told me to bring it back and told me that they would make it right. So I took it back, dropped it off and when I went to pick it up I noticed my compartments were unlocked again, so I inspected the compartments before I left and noticed they broke the latch that holds my battery tray in place and they once again did not say anything and just shut the door thinking that I would not notice once again. They also didn't change the fuel filter and just wrote on it with a sharpie. When I brought it up, they told me that no one got into them that they could not have done that. Then the manager spoke to the service tech and they said they did open the battery compartment because they had to do a lockout tag out which calls for disconnecting the batteries. They said they were going to order me a new key which I still have not seen and said they were going to fix the latch but it cannot be fixed because of the way it was built with the tray. Very unprofessional and a very heavy letdown by Cummins. I would have never thought they would perform this way. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else especially when you pay this type of money for a service. Very unprofessional!!!

  I had an issue with an online parts order. Damon took the time to work with me to get the problem resolved...something the online folks were unable to accomplish.
