  Couldn’t get any help. When I finally got somebody, he didn’t know anything about campers. I knew more than he did. By far. Hard to make a decision when the salesman doesn’t know anything about motorhomes or campers. Nice guy though. Limited selection on motor homes. No class A’s with a tag axle

  primarily directed us to their website. It seemed they had limited knowledge about the RVs themselves. This made it difficult to get the hands-on information we were hoping for. I was a bit disappointed by the experience.

  Stuart Fox did an amazing job helping me and my woman find the trailer we were looking for before we even knew what we wanted! Him and the team made it easy not only picking out the trailer but also coming to terms price wise and delivery! Definitely recommend working with Stuart!

  Went to camping world this last Saturday to look at trailers. I new it would be a long shot on being able to get anything , but they assured me they would get me financed. Due to it being Saturday none of the bank would answer so they told me it would be Monday well that day camr and went .so Tuesday I went to the dealership they said they haven't received an answer yet I would get a call that night or wed , we'll nothing my husband finally called and all they can say was they had not gotten any answers and did we have a cosigner we said no so the finance dept had nothing to say. Do when my husband brought up the lake of respect the finance people said we will cut you a check in 48 hours. Yes we gave them $800. And now we have to wait for a check to get out money back. Definitely beware what you are getting yourself into.

  Went to this dealership because they had the only keystone cougar that met our specific options we were looking for. Being a 2025 model, I thought they would be ready to make a deal. Initially they treated us like their best friends until I requested a private 3rd party inspection before signing any papers. That's when they started the sales pressure to just buy and get it off the lot. Got to where the sales and finance people would not even talk to us but I pushed on ( against my own judgment ) because we did not want to have to go to Texas or Colorado to purchase. Inspection revealed major electrical problems that they said if their mechanics could not fix, it would likely be sent back to manufacturer. That's when Camping World canceled the sale without further explanation. I feel it was more because we negotiated a out the door price where they were going to not meet the profit margin on an overpriced travel trailer. According to their web site this unit is still sitting on the lot today, 4 months later. Having to make a road trip to General RV in Colorado was well worth the savings on price of unit and being treated like people should be when walking into a dealership. Educate yourself about Camping World on forums, Facebook, and u tube. NO MORE CAMPING WORLD FOR US.
